Rationale

This Financial Inclusion Lab research forum aims to identify the possible research collaborations between stakeholders and the academe, and develop solutions to address the local challenges related to financial inclusion. A joint endeavor between the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and the Civika Asian Development Academy, this initiative intends to create a community of researchers and innovators to improve the level of financial inclusion in the country and develop innovative solutions by harnessing local institutions and resources.

Event Objectives

• Identify opportunities on how to integrate Financial Inclusion into the research portfolios of students and faculty;

• Explore and discuss arrangements regarding the implementation of the Financial Inclusion Lab projects with different colleges and disciplines;

• Identify the critical activities for the implementation of the Financial Inclusion Lab
